• “EasyBots”, “we”, "us" or "our" are to EasyBots Ltd (registered in Oman number: 19654354).
• “Services” are to  www.EasyBots.online  and any current or future associated subdomains, such as ‘EasyBots.com/social’, and any services made available through the use of those web pages.
• “Personal Information” are to information relating to an identified or identifiable individual. We obtain Personal Information relating to you from various sources described below.

• Your rights as an individual in respect information handling and our communication with you.

a. Any information about you as an individual which we collect from our Services will be used in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation and other applicable laws.

i. Registration

You may be required to become a registered user if you choose to have access to certain restricted sections of our Services or request to receive marketing materials. For this you may need to submit the following types of Personal Information to EasyBots: your name, email address, phone number, full user name, password, city, and time zone.

ii. Contact Form

If you complete our contact form, the following personal information may be collected: your name, email address, telephone number, and company name, website address, as well as any other personal data you may include in your form. This information will be used to communicate with you and / or your company to discuss your query. Your data will be stored until such contact has been made and we may continue to store your data in order to provide after sales service or continue business with you.

iii. Making a Purchase

When you make payments through our Services, you will need to provide Personal Information such as your credit card number and billing address.

iv. Customer Service

We may collect information through your communications with our customer service team or other communications that you may send us and their contents.

v. Social Media

In order to for you to post to your social media platforms, we may ask you to provide your username, account ids, social handle, timezones, and email address.

We may also collect your contact details when you provide them in the context of our customer, vendor, and partner relationships.

c. Personal Information Collected from Connected Social Media Accounts

If you connect your social media accounts to your EasyBots account, we may collect certain information stored in your social media accounts such as:

i. Facebook

EasyBots may allow you to connect a Facebook profile, page or group to your EasyBots account, in which case we will access certain information from Facebook regarding your account. In particular, we may collect profile image, display name, username / page ID or profile ID, access tokens, sent posts. This includes the content of your post and engagement data (such as click rates, likes, re-shares, impressions, as well as general engagement counts), to the extent permitted by applicable law. This data will only be used by EasyBots to provide you with the Service you expect and will not be shared with any third parties.

ii. Twitter

EasyBots may allow you to connect a Twitter profile to your EasyBots account, in which case we will access certain information from Twitter regarding your account. In particular, we may collect profile image, display name, username / profile ID, access tokens, and sent posts. This includes the content of your post and engagement data (such as click rates, likes, retweets, re-shares, impressions, as well as general engagement counts), to the extent permitted by applicable law. This data will only be used by EasyBots to provide you with the Service you expect and will not be shared with any third parties.

iii. Instagram

EasyBots may allow you to connect an Instagram profile to your EasyBots account, in which case we will access certain information from Instagram regarding your account. In particular, we may collect profile image, display name, username / profile ID, access tokens, and sent posts. This includes the content of your post and engagement data (such as click rates, likes, re-shares, impressions, as well as general engagement counts), to the extent permitted by applicable law. This data will only be used by EasyBots to provide you with the Service you expect and will not be shared with any third parties.

iv. Pinterest

EasyBots may allow you to connect a Pinterest page or profile to your EasyBots account, in which case we will access certain information from Pinterest regarding your account. In particular, we may collect profile image, display name, username / profile ID, access tokens, sent posts, and profile boards. This includes the content of your post and engagement data (such as click rates, likes, re-shares, re-pins, impressions, as well as general engagement counts), to the extent permitted by applicable law. This data will only be used by EasyBots to provide you with the Service you expect and will not be shared with any third parties.

v. LinkedIn

EasyBots may allow you to connect a LinkedIn profile to your EasyBots account, in which case we will access certain information from LinkedIn regarding your account. In particular, we may collect profile image, display name, username / profile ID, access tokens, and sent posts. This includes the content of your post and engagement data (such as click rates, likes, re-shares, impressions, as well as general engagement counts), to the extent permitted by applicable law. This data will only be used by EasyBots to provide you with the Service you expect and will not be shared with any third parties.

vi. Google+

EasyBots may allow you to connect a Google+ page or profile to your EasyBots account, in which case we will access certain information from Google regarding your account. In particular, we may collect profile image, display name, username / profile ID, access tokens, and sent posts. This includes the content of your post and engagement data (such as click rates, likes, re-shares, impressions, as well as general engagement counts), to the extent permitted by applicable law. This data will only be used by EasyBots to provide you with the Service you expect and will not be shared with any third parties.

d. Your IP Address, a string of numbers unique to your computer, is recorded by our web server when you request any page or component of our Services. This information is used to monitor your usage of our Services.

e. In the event of any business restructuring or reorganisation we may transfer your personal information to a third party as part of a sale of some or all of our business and assets, in which case we will take steps to ensure that your privacy rights continue to be protected.

4. Your IP Address and Cookies

a. We will not use your IP address to identify you and your personal information.

b. Cookies are used by our Service to allow us to recognise your preferred settings e.g. to store your ID and password for future sessions. This saves you from re-entering information on return visits to our Service.

7. When We Might Share Your Personal Information

Except as provided in this privacy notice, EasyBots does not share any personal information gathered via our Services with third parties. We may however share Personal Data under the following circumstances:

• with your consent or at your direction, such as when you connect a Social Network to our Services or authorise a Third-Party App to access your account
• with service providers (including payment processors) we engage to perform functions or provide services to us, where those service providers are subject to obligations that are consistent with this privacy notice and to appropriate confidentiality and security measures
• with EasyBots’s authorised resellers if you purchase the Services from an authorised EasyBots reseller who you authorise to access and process your personal information in order to support your use of the Services
• where we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or if we are otherwise legally required to do so, such as in response to court orders or legal process, or to establish, protect, or exercise our legal rights or to defend against legal claims or demands
• if we believe it is necessary in order to investigate, prevent, or take action against illegal activities, fraud, situations involving potential threats to our rights or property (or to the rights or property of those who use our Services), or to protect the personal safety of any person

8. How We Store Your Personal Information

EasyBots is based in Oman. Personal Information that we collect may be transferred to, and stored at, any of our affiliates, partners or service providers which may be inside or outside Oman, including the United States and European Union. By submitting your personal data, you agree to such transfers. Your Personal Information may be transferred to countries that do not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you initially provided the information. When we transfer or disclose your Personal Information to other countries, we will protect that information as described in this Privacy Policy.

We employ administrative and electronic measures designed to appropriately protect your Personal Information against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, unauthorised alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access, misuse, and any other unlawful form of processing of the Personal Information in our possession. Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. We cannot guarantee that information about you will not be accessed, viewed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our administrative, physical, and electronic safeguards, subject to requirements under applicable law to ensure or warrant information security.

We retain your Personal Information for as long as necessary to provide the Services you have requested, or for other essential purposes such as complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, or enforcing our Terms.

Please note that certain personal information may need to be retained by EasyBots for a period of time following the cancellation of your account where this is necessary for our legitimate business purposes or required or authorized by applicable law. Our specific retention periods for personal information are documented in our internal retention policies and any applicable retention schedules that we maintain as required by applicable law.

After it is no longer necessary for us to retain your personal information, we will dispose of it in a secure manner, according to our data retention and deletion policies.

9. Your Rights

If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive such marketing communications from us, please follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in any of the communications. You may also opt out from receiving commercial email from us by sending your request to us by email at EasyBots.info@gmail.com. Please be aware that, even after you opt out from receiving commercial messages from us, you will continue to receive administrative messages from us regarding the Service.

In certain jurisdictions you have the right to request access and receive information about the Personal Information we maintain about you, to update and correct inaccuracies in your Personal Information, to restrict or object to the processing of your Personal Information, to have the information blocked, anonymised or deleted, as appropriate, or to exercise your right to data portability to transfer your Personal Information to another company. In addition to the above-mentioned rights, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority subject to applicable law.

If we rely on consent for the processing of your Personal Information, you have the right to withdraw it at any time and free of charge. When you do so, this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before your consent withdrawal.

10. Changes To This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason; each version will apply to information collected while it was in place. We will notify you of any modifications to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy on our Site and indicating the date of the latest revision. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.

In the event that the modifications materially alter your rights or obligations hereunder, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the change. For example, we may send a message to your email address or generate a pop-up or similar notification when you access the Service for the first time after such material changes are made.
